@AnguirusDude i thought this was a modified version of the stf, i believe he calls it the regal stretch? isn't it a little different than cena's?
-
@TheBlackRose1991 i knew that cena didnt invent the STF 90% of moves were made a while ago and good to know that it is really the STS and this is to everyone else that watches this video: STOP SENDING ME GODDAMN MESSAGES FROM A COMMENT THAT I POSTED ALMOST 2 YEARS AGO!!!

@shmookpup PLEASE don't tell me you think Cena invented the STF
It was innovated by the great Lou Thesz
Regal uses his version of it, The Regal Stretch
Cena uses an STS they call the STF for some reason
Cena does not use an STF, it's an STS

@shmookpup STF=Stepover Toehold Facelock... Cena isn't the first/only one who does it
-
@AnguirusDude Regal's move is the Regal Stretch which is a modified STF(Stepover Toehold Facelock) in which instead of hooking a single leg and appling a head lock he crosses both legs before he hooks them and also hooks an arm(usually the right) and a headlock. When Cena started using it he called it the STFU( since his finisher was the F.U., WWE not being pg and because he was a heel and trying to get heat) when WWE became pg rated the U was drop and it was called by it's original abbreviation
@shmookpup That move has been called the STF for years. Cena tweaked it to the STFU.
