Amo el cine y telnovelas de Sudamerica, no como las mexicanas que solo nuestras cosas trilladas: sexo. amor, riqueza, pobreza, etc. No hay buen argumento.Felicidades por la excelente produccion de Sudamerica y en principal por Brasil.

ok 5 finales ps se 2 ,rosa chiko,,,,,ahi un rumor k malvina es una,,,pero como quiera faltan 2..............

@Elementfifth I think also that the actress playing the second Isaura was too old for her role. Lucelia Santos, the first Isaura, was no beauty either, but at least she had the right age to play the role (Lucelia Santos was 19 at that time). Thank you also for giving me tips for other telenovelas, I will surely check them out :-).

@cynamonoweloczki hahaha this is what i thought too - the first one with father of leoncio from this one was the actual leoncio and all i could remember was te odio leoncio - hihihi - I thought that this isaura was kind'a fake somehow - good novela you should also see a casa das sete mulheres is sooo nice and the musiic and the passion ammaaazing - especially caetana and her husband you will love it ;)

@Elementfifth An ideal ending for Rosa would be, if a French artist would come to Brazil, see Rosa, fall in love with her and take her to Paris as his muse and wife :-).

Another thing I would like is if Leoncio would become good :-). Maybe that would be a bit over the top, but I can't help liking the charming actor who played him. However I didn't like Isaura, I mean the untalented actress and the character she played (who was totally lifeless, cardboard-like, and "holier-than-thou").

I would only like to add that I don't like the ending for Rosa; she doesn't deserve this sad ending. I mean she was not a bad character and profoundly human. She and Malvina were my favourite characters in this telenovela, because their personages were very realistic and the actresses playing them very talented.

There were 3 distinct finales of "A Escrava Isaura" shown in Brazil. In the first version of originally 167 chapters Chico killed Leoncio, in the second of 175 chapters the killer was Rosa and in the third of 110 chapters the killer was Belchior. They say that there are two more (not broadcast) endings in which Branca (4 th finale) and Malvina (5 th finale) kill Leoncio. I would have prefered the version with Branca, since it is the most logical one.

what? i just watech the one in spanish and chicko is the one who killed leoncio and not rosa ?
