The '360' single leg take down. I guess you can say he started a trend because his team mates saw and wanted to try it also. The Micah Hight Twister Take Down... lol **edited** Found another one so I guess its not the first. Can't even say its the first I've seen since Alfred "Baby J" Bannister did it this past weekend but still very nice execution!!

I saw a video of Cael sanderson do this move when he was young so this isn't a new move.

Patent that move, just came from our wrestling banquet and my kid got an award for most takedowns. We got in the car and he was saying he has to perfect a new move for next year, then I got the email that this was posted( I subscribe)...Its awesome, and will be used in NEPA

@wildcats810 Thanks for the comment. I will be posting some more as soon as I get them converted. We are heading to Ohio T of C for the Open and HS Duals so will even have more video then :)
