Done in about 5min 30 sec :D Naaah, bad. But before I started recording I had managed to do 48 more, so... I'm happy :D

    Well , you might think so, but there is a snag..

    To be able to do those fast clap ones, you must be strong enough to brake your fall after the clap.. cause if you're not, you will literally end up on your face..

    Tip: when you do your pushups, work both ways: First, slowly sink down, braking the movement with your muscles. THEN pushup fast, slow down, fast up.

    It's somewhat called negative muscle exercise and is most effective in all toning exercises. good luck

    that isn't gonna ake you any stronger

    ONE real slow pushup is worth ten fast ones. Do them slowly and concentrate on keeping your back straight and your posture right. Promise you it's gonna be tough=)

  • But, on a second thought, I might also need to get used to doing them fast, in order to reah the speed and explosivness for clap push ups which I want to learn to do, lOl

  • Not bad, I can do 55 of these push ups, but only 25 military push ups. try them...they are a pain.

  • I can do 150 push ups in 2 mins. How? Why? Well easy. Do 5 to 10 repitions of military style push ups. Then do diamond push-ups. Then wide push ups all with repetitions of 5 to 10 if you do 5 reps that's 150 in total. Or you can do your spider push ups or whatever don't matter. Like the guy before me said keep your back straight take easy, nice and slow and control your breathing. It got me through army bootcamp,army ranger training and special forces training. Trust me it works.
