@TheFaroe The best source of information on Satanism is straight from the horse's mouth, so to speak. The Satanic Bible will tell you everything you need to know. And HIM may not really emphasize the original meaning anymore, but that's what it started out as. But yeah, I'd say just get yourself a copy of the Satanic Bible, by Anton Lavey. If I could find it at Books a Million I'm sure you can find it at just about any book store. You'll see what I'm talking about :)

I do not have orginal sources, nor read the biography in question, nor do I understand what Satanism in this case refers to, but it seems to me that HIM is no longer an acronym whatever it may have been. And while any OCCULT satanism is out of the question, I do not know whether the doctrines of the LIFESTYLE I know of, called satanism, applies.

@RevJoshsFunhouse Take it easy there, Revie. All I asked for was some info. Guess I should use specifics, ya know...to get you on topic. What specifically is Satanic about HIM's music? That it's about Love? Death? Lonliness? Hate to break it to you, but those concepts are pretty universal regardless of theology or ideology.

Tell you what. If you can give me one, just one, example of a HIM song that is PURE 100% satanic then I will offer my sincerest apologies for disturbing your wank, sir.
