Plans to expand casino gambling in MA

But those plans are going to face delays as Gov. Patrick and his economic development chief Greg Bialecki are cutting a deal with Sen. President Therese Murray on behalf of special interest lobbyists to create a tribal preference allowing for an Indian gaming carve out. This will cause delays to gaming development (if not outright blocking), lower revenue sharing for the state and loss of local zoning and law enforcement jurisdictions. A bad deal for Massachusetts.
