I wish the Alcohol Companies would release malt liquor in the UK. They are dumb not to. Brits (Eng,Scot,Welsh,Irish) all drink allot, we have a lot of homeless alcoholics, we have plenty of kids that want to get pissed, and our versions of ghettos where people usually drink £2 cider, gin, vodka, super strength lager or buckfast in glasgow. (ironically we even have a cheap cider called olde english, trying to capitalize on the hip hop fame of real OE.) You Americans should petition for us!
