@poormansmarlin you got that right!!!

@GabtheRocker Rob's a very good singer. Geoff is simply amazing. Same voice school as Freddy Mercury apparently.

@Jeffabaray Too Right. Apparently they got around it by omitting the work "fuck" in the lyrics as the PMRC had armies of people scouring albums, especially from metal groups for anything their anally tight, rod gripping puppet masters told them to think was "offensive". As it's metal their "oh so sensitive" ears couldn't be exposed to The Music of The Devil for more than milliseconds before reaching for an hour of The Osmonds, so it was never picked up. Thus, Operation Mindcrime :-)

@GabtheRocker I agree!! :)

My favorite one on that disc and they absolutely SMOKED on it here!

How they got these lyrics past the PMRC is beyond me. Relevant as ever in 2011.
I remember when I bought the vinyl the day of release. I listened and read that thing from start to finish. It sent chills up my spine. Great record!

Operation Mindcrime I played to death and I wish they hadn't waited so long to release Mindcrime 2, its good but the sound and Geoff Tate's voice changed in production. Regardless, Queensryche rocks!

@CRAMERR69 agreed!

Best album they did. FUCKING ROCK OPERATION MINDCRIME FOREVER!!!!!

Jackson's third harmony makes that last chorus awesome.

Its too bad that DeGarmo fly's planes now and doesn't play anymore...
After he left they suck! Wilton couldn't write a letter to his mom!

DeGarmo owns those high harmonies. God I miss him.
