You asshole, you are admin just not running cmd as admin. If you were a normal user you would need admin pass to disable UAC

LOL there's no way to get rid of it if you can't run CMD as an admin . just like mine .
i can't run CMD as ADMIN because my brother put a safeguard using hard drive on the computer for me to type the admin's password everytime i'm gonna open apps with safe guard .

just go to the notepad, enter command.com and save it to your desktop as a .bat file. it should unlock evrything that was locked

dude.you cant get around the admin password. the only reason people think they can is because they are already logged in as an admin when they use the cmd. log in as a guest on a PASSWORD protected system and you will see you cant get around it.access will be denied everytime.
