The Washington DC Deaf Branch, of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, was formed in 1980. Branch members and visitors recently celebrated its 30th birthday in September 2010. I became a member of the Church (and the Branch) in 2005 shortly after finishing my last semester at Gallaudet University. It was certainly one of the best decisions of my life, if not the bestest. Video was shot with my Samsung Moment (running Android 2.1) and edited with YouTube's Video Editor. Not bad, eh?
