  • does it have the same effect if you are sleeping? can u try and sleep during your fasting period to fight the cravings and make it seem shorter?

    If that is the case for short-term fasting is based on your protocol found in Eat Stop Eat? Then how about duration of sleep needed and intense exercise? As I am an ectomorph, cortisol is easily triggered as I keep my intense workout to about 45mins. Will that bhe sufficient to trigger GH release?

  • The workouts in these trials are typically ten minutes long, and I'm not sure about the specifics of sleep...it's an area I'm still looking into.

  • You guys should really buy his e-book. It's amazing and explains a lot more then he could in a YouTube video. I've seen fantastic results with his recommendation of fasting. The best thing to do is just try it out.

    When you lose weight you lose it everywhere, i used to weight 210 pounds solid and decided to lose weight to lower my bf% my arms where 16 inches and a half after losing 20 pounds they where close to 15 inches.

  • This is total crap, i did IF for 6 months and ended up with anemia. Its another flash in the pane like low carb dieting and all the rest. My medical doctor who studied nutrition and does not recommend any supplements being taken in pills or powder, says that all nutritent can come from a perfect diet, and intermittent fasting is not recommended, the blood profile of people on IF is simply terrible. Same thing has when Brad says when you lose weight you don't lose arm size, that is total bull.

    There's a special month called Ramadhan; fast for 29 or 30 days.

    Compulsory.

    After that celebrate Eidul Fitri.

    Other than Ramadhan month...twice a week; every Monday & Thursday.

    I thought they only fasted one day a month?? thats only 12 days a year not 30.

  • Or you could exercise?? Doesn't exercising increase the production of insulin and therefore reduces your risk of diabetes? Why would you tell someone to reduce your insulin levels and put them more at risk and then tell them to take growth hormone to lose weight when all you need to do is cardio for 30 mins a day and control your meal sizes?

  • Hgh not transform u from mark Henry body to Batista body , u have to build muscle first ! If u already 80% muscle & 20 % fat he well help u to grow , but growth hormone is not a magic turn Yokozuna to Bruce lee some people take gh for hole year and no result

  • right so human growth horone jabs will actualy burn fat? 2 iu in the morning 2 iu 2 hours after workout planing on a 6 month course. would like to know your opinions on when it should start seeing results. iv dietd for 3 month lost 3 stone in weight now im at a wall and stuck at 19 stone
