Fly into Port-au-Prince, Haiti with us, through immigration in the terminal building, to the baggage carousel, and then out to the throngs awaiting their loved ones. The first of a series of HaitiXchange videos showing the sites and sounds of Haiti.

  • Wow! What's happening? Are all my videos going to become controversial?

  • Nah, I don't have anything against your videos. In fact, you are the ONLY Haitian I've seen here who has made a video in the DR, published it and did not make it a monument of hate, quite the contrary.

  • Really? Can you please point me to some of these other videos? I'd like to see them.

  • Im only joking anyways good video

  • I'm just joking too. Thanks for the compliment.

  • The video has been sent to Hati Immigration for illegal filming inside.

  • You must not have sent the video to the correct authorities since they still haven't contacted me.

  • @mcobinad You are right my brother. Im chadian leaving and working in haii for more than 4 year. and Haiti is a wonderful country and Haitian a great and proud people. I love the way they keep their africanity. and more than 2 centuries after, Haiti is still paying for it liberty.

  • very nice

  • Am a Nigerian born in France but i live in the UK. My parents are from the Igbo tribe in Nigeria. They told me that alot of Igbo's were deported to Haiti during slavery. They always pray for their brothers in Haiti. During the earthquake in Haiti in 2010, the Igbo community here in the UK made contributions for their Haitian brothers. I love Haiti so much. In France, Haitians are not arrogant like people from Guadeloupe & Martinique. We love Haiti Kompa music, Carimi & Sweet Mickey. Nice people!
