I don't think is possible. Reader is attached to cpu chasis.

I have a question. So I somehow managed to stick my memory stick into the reader the wrong way. Now my PSP doesn't recognize either of my memory sticks. Do you have any idea what's wrong with it? Any info would be a major help.

Blinking orange means broken communication beetwen card and PSP. First, check if your card if is ok by inserting card mem to a PC, allways back up your info.

@Sondaky I got the same troublem! The oragane just keeps blinking when i put in. I've backup my info then what should i do next?

when putting it in my emachine it got stuck so i got a knife to get it out and now theres a big dent on it and it wont read the stick when i put it in my psp how can you fix dents on your memory stick?

@gtowneupho1 u dented the memory  stick driver and busted ur memory stick at the same time

one of the pins of my psp card reader(the gold ones)was removed,,,i managed to replace it with staple wire cause the shop cant replace the whole reader,,it loads the memory stick for about 30-40 sec.then it doesn't read anymore,,,i have to reinsert the card to enable it,, any info is of great help,,,tnx

i made a mistake and stuck a mini sd card in my game and i got it out and my psp cant read any memory sticks

my psp light turns orange and now half of my songs are missing when i synching music to my itunes when i disconnected my psp there was a blue folder with a in the bottom and you cant delete it or nothing but the songs are still gone i had like 200 now its just 57 has this happened to anyone before

Thanks for the video I'm glad I know it can be opened up cause my psp card reader has been broken for a year and has made it useless so if I do open it and break it's worth the risk
