NFL, there are frequent breaks. Endurance running, not so much.

I don't condone her pissing in front of people, but after a massive race filled with blood, sweat, and tears, I feel she is entitled to urinate.
Yes, it would have been better had she found a less public area to pee, but I'm not going to tell the poor girl to hold it in. Likewise to a guy.
