@GirlFromNippon Those people never actually expected things to come to that. Pretty tragic actually. Worse here in the Philippines. Stuff from the American period from jazz records to photos are really hard to find. Manila and Berlin are similar in the fact that they're cities without pasts.

Since there seem to be so many young people here, being in love with the 20s, I ask myself: Why do we allow the disappear of the values of this time?
Many people say that earlier was better but they forget that EVERYONE of our society has formed our modern world with his or her way of life. So if you want a society, which has a CULTURE, do something for it.

Unless this has been treated in restoration, I am most impressed with Grammophone's recording, my headphones suggest this sounds stereo but that cannot be - can it? a nice open sound anyway.
