My explanation of how to train triceps here is correct but the video demonstration is not! Add this triceps exercise to your workout to build big arms!

I'm not very good at posing techniques and should have started practicing months earlier, not 2 days before the show! My coaches were great but you can see how that I'm pretty awkward. Learn from my lack of prep and DON'T wait until the last minute!

Vince, I am 17. 5 foot 11. and 130 pounds.
and yea i know what you'd think, that I am extremely skinny. however i am also extremely ripped.
anyway my concern, obviously, is gaining muscle mass. i want to be at least 160 pounds of muscle.
anyway: i am thinking of working out twice a day for the next two weeks, once early morning HEAVY lifting, to get the size. another later in the day a bit lighter for extra reps to maintain/build muscle tone.
what do you think about that? should i do it or no?

Your explanation of what to do is great but the actual demo of the movement is far different. Your elbows are NOT at your sides, your shoulder is far from stable and Lockout didn't happen. Otherwise ok.

Bro... i get about 20 dislikes within the first 30 seconds when my videos go live. It's just trolls who subscribe to my channel who dislike them before they even watch 10 seconds. It is what it is. Who am I to tell someone what to do with their time?!

On the tricep push down, i se that you cant extend 100% at the bottom, any reasson for that? or is just the rope variation that can allow that?
