Street Fighter 4, How to unlock Akuma

NOTE* you must have all other characters unlocked first.

The easiest way to UNLOCK Akuma is to set the game to the easiest setting and one round. You need to get 1 perfect and 1 Ultra Combo Finish. AFter Seth you get to fight Akuma and you will need to defeat him to UNLOCK him as a playable character.

hey i need help i did all the requirements to fight akuma 1 perfect and 3 ultra finishes but gouken showed up i beat him with an ultra and had half health left but i didnt unlock either

@kathoolo Did you all ready unlock all the "un-lockable" characters? You need to do that before you get to unlock Akuma.

@kathoolo the same thing happended to me also i beat him n i didnt get him..i did it over again and akuma came this time and i beat him also and i didnt unlock him either

You know all you need to do is to get just two perfects with ryu. I just did it two minutes ago. It worked and i unlocked akuma

@kathoolo i think you need 2 ultra finishes cuz i did it but forgot on ultra finish and got akuma,then i tried agin with three insted and got gouken

i fight to akuma..in perfect but akuma is not unlocket :((
