Example #1:
彼女はボーイフレンドを尻に敷いている。
kanojo wa bo-irurendo o shiri ni shiiteiru.
She henpecks her boyfriend. Or She rules her boyfriend.

Example #2:
彼は、細君の尻に敷かれている。
kare wa, saikun no shiri ni shikareteiru.
He is controlled by his wife.
