I think the anusara method is great for yoga.....That said, great leaders are always held to the highest standards. It is a test of temptation, and of the great saga of the human condition. How appropriate to have Led Zeppelin's Battle of Evermore in the intro. I love that song and it's references to the Lord of the Rings. How appropriate given the scandal facing John Friend. He put on the ring, and he will have to struggle with the dark forces of Mordor!

Thank you John, DK and all the wonderful Anusara lovers of life. My heart has not been this open in many years. I feel truly speechless in the presence of such beauty and devotion. I look at this picture, reflect upon the event and visit with the stream of new friends that come by my little shala and my heart bursts open every time. I am humbled, inspired and in love.
