  • @Hiiiphop you know what, you are right. I meant to write between 100 and 500 all depending on the results you want ;) sry

  • @pikken01 You got most of it correct however, you do not need to be eating 300-500 above maintainence. I remember I was doing this with clean food and I added quite abit of fat which was not good. I have since lowered it to 200 above and seing the best progress in strength and size :) All depends on body type and I was a skinny guy man xD

  • I am sick and tires of these idiots posting the "ultimate" workout programs. People need´s to get into their brain that basic compound movements + isolation (where needed like rear deltoids) is more than enough. Stimulate your muscles, don´t destroy them!. Now, what REALLY builds muscles, is great nutrition... loads of it. Calculate your carb, protein, calories, and fat intake... go around 3 - 500 over your calorie needs, and you are on the right path.
