The way the bamboos trees shake at some scenes looks as if somebody's having sex or jacking off under it.

Lee Ang did mention that his bamboo fighting scene was a tribute to this movie.

@antoniod Because Crouching tiger is a masterpiece. Fighting coreography is like a dance , costume , story even the weapons they used everything was perfect. The house of the flying daggers & hero were great too

i haven't seen this movie yet so i don't know if it's better, but the fight choreography in this scene was a total bore in my opinion, except when she flies down from atop the bamboo - that was cool
