@RoxyHades01 obese is harsh for this dog, just a little bigger than its supposed to be. if you look from the back of a rottie, the you should be able to see the hips, but NOT the ribs. but, the owner does not know how to take care of the dog..

That dog is obese. Large breeds like Rottweilers does not mean they need to be FAT. Probably has something to do with the fact that it's on a 2 foot chain and never gets walked because it's macho owner has no idea how to handle it without a prong collar. Dog's got way too much stop for me, isn't docked, probably from a BYB. Another case of poor dog, bad owner. =(
