No there back, and it wasent because of bugs, it was because when people put the charger in wrong the phone would catch on fire. and because the touch screen had problems. but they fixed it. so get ur facts straight not twisted

from what i was told by the at&t guy, they pulled them because of the touch screen was pressure responsive and not touch responsive. but still overall i really like the phone i haven't had any problems with it yet...(knock on wood)
