the meridian 341 is a far better boat than the sea ray 36.

Sea ray is cheap and tacky in comparison.

I totally agree, I traded in a boat for a searay at marine max in CA. THEY NEVER registered the boat I traded in to them. then the new boat, when trailered the seats that cover the engin flys up! I took it back to them and they installed a piece o'shit little latch that never works and scratches up your calfs if you don't watch out I''ll never buy another sea ray

this boat SUCKS and is dangerous. Never purchase a Sea Ray or a boat from Marine Max in Fort Myers. They do not take care of you.

I own this boat. Since I purchased it NEW 1 year ago I have had NOTHING but problems. It has been in the shop for more than half of the year with over 27 issues. The props are defective and literally melt off almost putting a hole in the bottom of the boat (with my 3 young children on it) I have had no help from Marine Max in Fort Myers and no help from Sea Ray. 27 ISSUES in 12 months- They have told me that my 2007 boat is now worth less than half of the purchase price. This boat is terrible

I had the experience of piloting one from cape canaveral to rio dulce in Guatemala over 6 days with 6 wonderful stops. She cuts trough the water like a 44 footer with plenty of power with the twin cummins turbo diesel option, hidroplains beautifuly and is comfortable enough for two adults and two teenagers. 4 adults is not advisable because of the dinnete size.
