Lama Pai and White Crane both have their slow form called Internal Form. This Internal Form is only taught to a more advance student of Lama Pai or White Crane. If you didn't learn the basics, you won't understand the Internal Form (Needle in Cotton). Yes, it looks like Tai Chi Chuan but it's not.

Chen Tai Chi Chuan is the oldest school. Look it up on Youtube.
