  • How do you refill the feeders?

  • With a tall ladder

  • I don't see a mechanism that prevents the squirrels form climbing up. What makes it squirrel proof?

  • Partially due to the diameter of the pole, but also the squirrels and raccoons don't like to climb past the sheetmetal mounted at the top of the pole.

  • Did you custom make that bird feeder stand?

  • Yes we did. It took a lot of trial and error to get it right. About 4 years worth!!

    Have a great day. :)

  • Such a happy little feeding area!

  • @MightyChikadee LOL, funny answer. LOL :D

  • Get an Ikea tapered plastic wastebasket and drill a hole in the bottom to equal the pipe diameter holding your feeder platform . Slide it upside down under your feeder and form a stop for the basket (bolt through pipe, or many layers of duct tape). Racoons or squirrels are flummoxed by this as the can't reach around and crawl inside the basket.

  • nice

  • excellent

  • feelin a little sea sick from all the camera movement

  • Nice setup :)

  • Now that's impressive! Can you make one for me? Seriously, very nice station...looks like you draw a large amount of birds also. Kudos for helping them survive the winter!!
