  • i tried doing the Hanging Straight-Leg Alternating Leg Raises, but my arms got tired before my abs ha

  • @bones7811 lay there for awhile so u dont pull anything

  • can u tell me y when i do my abs they will cramp up and extreme pain to the point i cant move for a few secs
