There's no talk about the shooting of Michael Cooper or the beating of Larry Young, both taking place on the same night Officer McPhail was murdered. Why is that important? Troy Davis was charged, tried and convicted of those 2 crimes, as well as the killing of McPhail. There's also no talk of DNA evidence excluded at trial on a technicality. The Innocence Project is always looking for a new "poster boy" to use in the anti death penalty campaign. Is Troy Davis' innocence genuine or manufactured?

I don't agree with Capital Punishment. I think the system is too faulty and when you allow it you are leaving the door open to execute innocent people.

I'd say leave the capital punishment but make it like country-wide poll for each case where death penalty is issued by court (Electronic voting is ok too).
For example there are people that have "murderer" spelt upon them, but there are people like this one who seems to be innocent.

There's a great video on youtube called "NEVER TALK TO THE POLICE." It's about speaking to the police without a lawyer. Unless it's an anonymous tip, don't talk to the cops without a lawyer. That 1000 bucks or so is worth it even if you are innocent. The police will mess you up.
