can youskip gear like go from 6th gear to 3rd ? or from 3rd to 6th , can you push start the car if the battery dies?

You can skip gears - like from 6th to 4th, I am not sure about 3rd, RPM might be too high.

You cannot push-start a DSG car.

if you drive conservatively using the pedals will the car do well in gas quality??

@hemanwomanhaters1 The most efficient way is to stay in Drive mode, and go easy on gas.

@posro1988 for long pauses always use N=neutral guys to protect your gearbox from pointless overheating!(like in traffic lights)

you just have to remember brake then D again to move. bettet for gb and brakes and stopligjts and avoiding stupid mistakes like slip from the brake with D (gear in)

DSG means Direct-Shift Gearbox, not dual shift gearbox

@thenikoxgtr You should also hear the nice exhaust note from that turbo 2.0 liter! Even at idle, little throttle blips make nice burbling noises, and full throttle is sweet.

the external sound from the DSG is so sick , nice tranny.......

it an awsome transmission untill the prnds start flashing. if you have one do it you will know fear as your car at 75 gose into nutral and will not reset and your stuck on the interstate with a car that will not move no reverse no gears at all just nothing. but even though my 3.2l s line tt has done this two times now i still love my car but then who would'nt love a Audi tt Quattro with the R32 DSG oh it is a 2004 first year of the DSG TT 1 of 140 3.2 TT roadsters for 2004

@posro1988 you can keep DSG in D mode. When at standstill you only have to press on your break. The clutches open and they can't get too hot
