1998 Warm Springs Native American Indian Pow wow. Traditional women's team dance no. 2. The Warm Springs reservation in the state of Oregon is made up of three tribes - The Wasco, Walla Wallas and Northern Paiutes. Northern traditional Indian women's dancing is a graceful dance, where their leather fringes sway with the beat of the drum as the move across the dance arena in a graceful motion. This group wears Northern Plains style regalia.

Many of the dancers come from the surrounding area in the Pacific Northwest, like Oregon, Washington, Idaho, Nevada, Western Canada and California.

  • Kia ora Brothers and Sisters. Much love and respect for Red Earth in these times our own elders have called End Times. A time of the cycle of Te Kore, Renewal and pregnant potentiality. Many will now be awakening from their mental slavery to find themselves in lives once thought of as fit for the Natives with little or no regard. Today, it is their own shared fate that power has decayed, elected officials are in bed with the devil and suffering has lost all colour, creed, culture. Mauri Ora!
