Core training is one of those "fad" statements that people make about what type of training they do. They think that you can be a body builder or a fitness enthusiast.... or someone who does that "core training".. haha
The truth is that everyone is doing core training in their workout routines.
You are either doing it well or doing it poorly....
When you train without being aware of your core, what it consists of, and how it functions... you open yourself up to a higher incidence of injury.
