It's Cold! Help Me Smoke Inside!

I have been smoking cigars for 7 years and got got my feet wet with maduro cigars on the Partagas Black. Ever since then, it has always been my 'go-to' stick to come back to when a need a consistent, well burning, enjoyable smoke. I enjoy going to local shops, but nothing can compete with being able to smoke in your own man cave. Right now my man cave is my uninsulated garage, which in Minnesota, gets too cold to enjoy a good cigar in winter! I have great ideas for my basement, but, with getting married on August 1st, my funds are too low to do the project right now. Please help me create the best cigar man cave I can with a pool table, big screen TV, a wet bar, and over sized comfy leather chairs - all dedicated to Partagas cigars.
