  • @CyNDaReLLa503 Eat a 100% vegetarian and vegan diet for three months, and I assure you that the pounds will begin to shed. Vegan means no dairy, no eggs, no butter, no fish, no meat at all. Use digestive enzymes every day, and use probiotics every day. Make sure only to eat organic food at home. Do just these things (plus your exercise) and you will lose the weight.

  • A similar potency, more raw source of Omega-3 is Chia Seeds, black or white promote the same health benefits, this is a grain that has been consumed over 3,000 years, and dates back to the Aztecs of Central America. The word "chia", is the Mayan word for strength. These also are don't need to be ground, and don't spoil like the flax seed oil. They have no taste and can be added to anything, coating themselves with water to create a sort of gel, also hydrating.

  • @CyNDaReLLa503 If you want to take it a step further, go to a Naturopathic Doctor who can do a full evaluation and make additional recommendations to you (e.g., there could be hormonal imbalances that need to be addressed). Search for my "weight loss" video by Dr. Angela Agrios, ND, and watch that (she does phone consultations as well). With that said, my advice below is solid and sound, and will give you significant results if you do it.

    If you want to lose weight fast, do these things (in this order of importance):

    1) Stop eating all dairy (cheese/milk/etc.)

    2) Stop eating all meat (chicken/beef/pork)

    3) Minimize consumption of all processed foods (pasta, bread, muffins, anything from a box or can)

    4) Eat whole, raw, organic foods every day (produce section), at least 75% of each meal

    5) Take digestive enzymes every day

    6) Take probiotic supplements every day

    7) Exercise

    8) Read my book
