  • lol i never eat actopus .........it tast good or what!!!

  • Was that octopus already cooked? It takes 40 -60 minutes to cook octopus. Looked like a good mix though.

  • hmm....... This guy has a messy kitchen

You should cook with a organized one

    =)

  • If you're gonna out everything in, why need to learn?

It's the easiest way to cook.

  • this is totally ridiculous, you can not cook all of them in a same time!

  • 10-11 minutes.... y does it sound funny to me.

  • @shahrid1987 i think the fact that hes wearing chefs clothes in a home kitchen is enough for most people, and saying that if he was cooking in a home Environment why would he take his watch of i wouldn't and i am gordan ramsay

  • What this young fellow has done is overload his pan. Also all these seafoods do not cook at the same rate and should have been cooked in a different order. Myself I would have put some saffron or Pernod in there but white wine is good to. For the person who said he should get some color on the scallops that would be incorrect for the dish. Another tip: if you want to sear scallops (he had nice sized ones) you need to use fresh never frozen and make sure you dry them off.Wetness is your enemy.

  • @MaxC17 You sound like someone who has worked on a line someplace.
