@ankles29 Any game on Steam that will give you access to Source SDK Base - most if not all Valve Source engine games basically.

@Doomspeed44 It depends to be honest, you need to check whether, under "Tools", you've got Source SDK Base available. Portal is on the list of games which include it though, so should be fine. ;P
