The purpose of the president in this matter is to select men and women for the bench who will be able to apply the law, not interpret it as they wish. It is neither liberal nor conservative, but truth that should be his aim.

Obama can do what he wants to. He should pick the most liberal person for the job. That is his duty. That's what he stands for , he's the President and it's his choice not this guys.
We have to live with the conservative choices from the past.
Now it's time to live with a liberal choice.

Jeff Sessions must be voted out of office he is a dinosaur whose thinking is trapped in the fifties. Chuck Grassley is the same antiquated! Republicans need to move beyond the tired, worn out ideas and tactics of the old guard of the GOP if they hope to remain a viable Party.
