Middle East, Swayamvar 3 -- Ratan Ka Rishta - Starts 30 May

Swayamwar 3 -- ratan Ka Rishta is a Reality Television Show designed on the lines of the ancient Swayamwar where Ratan Rajpoot will be choosing a husband for herself from a group of hopeful suitors by putting them through a series of tests.
In this unique Format, a modern interpretation and adaptation of an age old Indian tradition of Swayamwar, Ratan Rajpoot would interact with prospective grooms and the show would culminate with her getting married on Television. The Show would trace the journey of Ratan and the Contestants by capturing experiences, emotions and choices that the Celebrity would go through in her quest to find the right Life Partner. These experiences would all form a part of the TV Show thus making the viewers a part of this experiential Process.
The Show features Contestants from varied backgrounds, who after the first shortlist, are taken to a specified location where the process of Swayamwar begins. Their journey and experiences with Ratan will be showcased in an episodic manner wherein Ratan will set tasks and interact with the Contestants while they try to impress upon and woo her. In order to make the process more interesting as well as closer to real life situations, Ratan will also visit the homes of the short-listed Contestants to get to know their families and friends. Along with the process of testing the Contestants by way of tasks and interactions with Ratan , the Show is also designed and structured to include ceremonies (Haldi, Mehndi, Sangeet) pertaining to the traditional Indian Wedding.
