Stark Naked and the Car Thieves released "Look Back in Love" in 1968 and it was a Billboard Top 60 Spotlight pick in April, moving up the Billboard charts when current events changed the record's history. Produced by Ed Cobb (Four Preps) for Bell Record's AMY/MALA record label and GreenGrass Productions.. Dave Dunn and Mac Brown, lead vocals, Les Silvey, guitar, Mickey Borden, Bass, Leonard Souza, durms, Larry Dunlap, keyboards and vocals. Vocals arranged by Les Silvey. The band was appearing at the Lemon Tree lounge in Honolulu when the record began to get airplay nationally. The group shot one of the earliest music videos along the beach and in a nearby automobile graveyard but after approving the shoot, neither Attarack/Heller, AVI, or the record label came through with final payment and the video was lost. This video features Las Vegas moments from 1968 through 1970. It's fun music from another era.
