So paint me, ya dirty pervert

When sugar-sweet six-year-old Bitsy is kicked out onto the mean city streets, she thinks all hope is lost. But after an enchanted sleep, she finds herself magically transported to bUMTOWN: an idyllic junkyard shanty-village, populated by hobos, homos, hookers, and gutter-trash. However, Bitsy's happiness is short-lived. A big, evil corporation is threatening to bulldoze bUMTOWN, to make way for... A SHOPPING MALL. And worse still, the town's pompous Mayor would rather play rat-golf than do anything about it. The answer: Bloody hobo-revolution!!
