Ctrl + Shift should be easily accessible with a single finger at the lower left corner of the keyboard, but if you would like to change this to something else, you can do this via the Edit Menu: Key Shortcuts: Project: Direct View Navigation. Just click on the desired navigation command, and choose Add or Edit to make it whatever you would like.
