Jack is and was totally THE MAN! He knew about eating right waaay back then...and it's true today...how many Americans have diabetes or cancer or heart disease now..? Increasing numbers...eat right..move around...get well America! the movie "Forks over Knives" is in tune with this...you can eat foods to heal.
