On Feb. 26, 2013, Washington Transportation Secretary Paula Hammond, SR 520 Program Director Julie Meredith, John Reilly of the pontoon Expert Review Panel and State Construction Engineer Jeff Carpenter briefed the media to share the latest findings on the pontoons and the next steps for design and construction.
