My buddy Perry asked me to Maiden his Tango today. As you can see everything was going great until I lost elevator. After a little confusion about what caused the crash it was determined that the control arm came loose from the control rod. Anyway Perry was cool and didnt get into me to bad. Enjoy the vid.

  • If you say so the video is conclusive!! You were very fast the last few seconds with a strong down elevator than a correction that ripped the cheap clasp open this is a 3D plane and your not supposed to go as fast as the last few seconds then make a strong correction as shown in this video, you would have gotten away with it with proper hardware! last comment!! :)

  • I crashed mine today (can't find the reason).

I'll order an other one monday.

I've had MANY RC airplane and helicopters, believe me, the TANGO is the best !

    Alot of fun !

I enjoy every seconds I fly it. (well, except for today !)

  • reviewing the footage this plane was well beyond it's speed rating and under full load you down elevator then up, this max Q ripped the stock clasp open! Remember this is a trainer turned into 3d, the plane can handle it but not that cheap hardware that comes with it! Next time use threaded rod with an aluminum tube over the threaded rod with nuts at each end to lock the aluminum tube in place and use dubro locking clasp you know the black ones with a brass lock!!

  • I didn't say over powered i said over sped as in too fast the stock hardware isn't rated for over speed situations it will just rip the clasp open! Thanks for the comment! :))))

  • I get mine this week, I hope I'll be more lucky !
