Nice vid Sarah, im 29 born with CF. Also a tennis player/coach, personal trainer and Canadian ski instructor. I think a positive can-do attitude, coupled with as much exercise as the individual can manage is definetely the key to winning the fight.

this is great, I thought i was the only one who could cough like that. I am 63 and only found out 5 years ago. like you i was a salt lick as a baby. I am trying to get a vest as we speak, except blue cross is fighting it.
