@orgocimaru Don't hold your emotions back, I know you are in love with me. You can't hold it back forever.
-
i'd rather sacrifice some of my form and do 3 times the weight. incidentally my back is humongous. . . .

I don't think it's that bad you bring the bar down fast because you're touching it to the ground so it's not like your muscles have to 'catch' the momentum generated. This helps to make it a predominantly concentric movement, Christian Thibeaudeau would love it.

@MrModulator lol I try to avoid that too, but maybe he's trying to trigger his stretch reflex or something?
-
@Databamse You do realize the glutes are one of the muscles that stabilize the pelvis on the femur while he holds the bent-over posture, right? This movement works the back and would put meat on it. Yes, deadlifting IS awesome, but we shouldn't ignore people's ideas just because they're not the hugest.

Ouch!
The weight is dropped to damn fast at the bottom. Probably due to using a low weight to demonstrate the exercise. But the weight should never be "slammed out" to the extended positions of the arms. It's asking for injury in this exercise in the long term!

@Databamse Since when did proper form have anything to do with your size? It's all relative.
Not to mention the guy is clearly lifting less weight in order to demonstrate.

your ass is sticking out in the air like a pencil, there is no meat on your ass nor on your back man. get in the kitchen and eat some food boy. and then do some serious deadlifting, come back in 5 years and then i will listen to your expertise, ONLY if you are big enough to qualify for teaching other people.
Breathe, breathe!

@Databamse What a bigot you are. Form has nothing to do with size. I'd rather see this than some guy doing 50 each side but slouching like a bitch.
