Hi again Dr. Lam, I just had a rhinoplasty 2 weeks ago, and unfortunately the the plastic surgeon didn't listen to my instruction on what to do with my nose so the result did't turn out the way I expected. I would like my plastic surgeon to remove the implant in the upper naso frontal part of my nose because I don't like it. Can he remove it soon after my rhinoplasty? Can he revise my nose 2 weeks after surgery?

Just about all botched nose jobs involve some bozo removing too much tissue. It needs enormous skill to correct it. This surgeon has done very well indeed.
