A solar plant to be installed in Arizona by 2011 will have a total capacity of 280 megawatts, enough to power 70,000 homes. The plant will employ a proprietary Concentrating Solar Power (CSP) trough technology developed by Abengoa Solar, and will cover a surface of around 1,900 acres.

  • @bonds911 your an idiot

  • @bonds911 The only thing I don't like about renewable energy is how it's polluted with people like you. "oil for the greety"... Learn how to spell and get a life. Nobody's going to pump oil and give it to you for free, and you know what else? They aren't going to run a solar plant and give you that energy for free either. You'll call them greedy too, I'm sure. YOU are the greedy one, wanting everything for free.

  • gotta love solar power sun is for all oil for the greety you know what i mean

  • You should remake this video with sound. I think you could overlay the sound on this video. Anyone know how to do that?? Reply here.
