  • Thank you for the tips on greens i recently started a green smoothie diet for weight loss and drink about 3 24oz smoothies a day and a large salad, i want to ask you if you put fruit in with your greens and is it a good idea when trying to lose weight? thank you for your insight. peace!

  • Robyn, bought your book and have been on the green smoothies for about 3 years now. Just for more reference, recently I bought Victoria Boutenkos book also, and noticed she had a chapter on the importance of rotating your greens to avoid alkaloid accumulation if you stick with the same green for weeks/months on end. I tend to like spinach, collards, chard, and kale, but base the majority of my smoothies on spinach. VBs book dedicated a chapter to this issue.

  • I could still hear the crickets chirping away, even tho the dozers sounded like they were in your yard! This is a helpful list to have to stop me getting in a greens rut. Thank you.
