@JaytheOstrich Did she once say ALL STD's? I think the point is that she'd be checking or any STD's which can be spread even when a condom is used, eg warts in some places and crabs etc. The use of a condom (which is illegal to refuse to wear with a prostitute where I'm from, I assume it either is the same in Nevada or a house rule) will protect her from diseases such as HIV which transfer through bodily fluid sharing. Also, again I don't think she said it was a medical check up either.

Can a visual inspection and wipe actually check for ALL STD's in a male? I'm sure HIV won't show up that way. And how are these women qualified to do a medical checkup?

@ZadreGradeNajlipsiSi They aren't looking for aids, that's why they require condoms. Sometimes you need to see the shadow of a wart to distinguish it from a mole or inspect the sore to determine if is or isn't just a pimple.
