Does it work on hamachi servers? If it does do other people type the IP to connect or?

@marsovac123 Yes it works on Hamachi Servers and to connect using the tcpbufferv4 you have to type in the I.P. change the port to 25565 click start then if you want to go into the server on minecraft you have to join the server as localhost

@Kratos3609 What about the other players? How do they connect? Do I have to run this before or after I run the server?

@marsovac123 Other players just connect normally, this just makes your server less laggy and you have to run your server first don't forget to change the port to 25565
